Adding Hotspots to the Web Dashboard

In order to add your hotspot to the Web Dashboard, you will need to be signed into the Helium wallet which owns the hotspot in the Helium App.

If you have already linked your Helium wallet to the Bobber App:

Simply tap the "Hotspots" tab at the bottom of the screen. You should see a "Syncing your hotspots to dashboard, please wait ..." message followed by "Synced your hotspots to dashboard!"

Your hotspots should now be in the list and available to inspect and manage. 

If you have not already linked your Helium wallet to the Bobber App:

Simply tap "Link Helium Account" on the home page of the app

Tap "Yes, Link the app" at the prompt

After authorizing the link in the Helium app, you should see the icon on the home page change to "UnLink Helium Account."

Then tap the "Hotspots" tab at the bottom of the screen. You should see a "Syncing your hotspots to dashboard, please wait ..." message followed by "Synced your hotspots to dashboard!"

Your hotspots should now be in the list and available to inspect and manage. 

Removing Hotspots from the Web Dashboard

Currently hotspots cannot be removed from the Web Dashboard from within the app and must be removed by logging into the Bobber Cloud website bobber.cloud via a web browser. The username and password will be the same ones created in the Bobber App. If you have not created a login for the Bobber App, you will need to register on the Bobber Cloud site in order to have access to remove hotspots from the Web Dashboard.

Sign in to your Bobber account on the Bobber Cloud website here via a web browser. Click on the "Gateways" tab at the top of the screen. Tick the box next to any hotspot(s) you would like removed. Click the "Delete" button and at the "Are you sure you want to delete SELECTED gateways? They're only deleting from the Bobber dashboard, not from the Helium account" prompt, click "OK." If the selected hotspot(s) have not disappeared, click the "Query" button to refresh the list and they should no longer show up.

NOTE: If you have removed a hotspot from the dashboard and want to add it back, simply follow the process above under the Adding Hotspots to the Web Dashboard section at any time!
