If you are trying to onboard a Hotspot and are receiving a "This Hotspot already has an owner" error, refer to this article on the subject.
Note:
If you are having trouble scanning the QR code to enter the serial number during onboarding, you can take a photo of the QR code and send it to another device and enlarge it so your phone can scan the QR from a larger image.
