Gigsky/eSIM Issues

Cannot activate eSIM on phone

Why does this happen?

    1. Device is not supported by Gigsky.
    2. Device is not an unlocked device.

What you can try

    1. Check the Gigksy FAQ Question #1 to see if your device is supported. https://www.gigsky.com/faq
    2. Check the Gigksy FAQ Question #3 to see how to unlock your phone.https://www.gigsky.com/faq
        • An unlocked device is needed to work with GigSky. Contact your carrier for further details. If your phone ends up being locked, an initiation to unlock your device can be done if you meet the requirements.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Specific issues

No Gigsky 5g Connection

Why does this happen?

    1. The wrong eSIM is used to connect to the mobile network.
    2. The APN is not automatically set correctly for the eSIM.

What you can try

    1. Change the primary SIM to Gigksy eSIM so that it will use mobile data via Gigsky.
    2. For setting up an APN, go to settings>Connections>Mobile networks add APN to eSIM. 'Name' and 'APN' should be both be 'gigsky

Phone Isn't Using Radio for Mobile Internet

Why does this happen?

Phone might not be supported yet on Gigsky so there is a compatibility issue. 

What you can try

    1. You may need a physical SIM card from Gigsky.
