Purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If a customer were to receive a miner that is determined to be defective, they will be offered a replacement miner. To be eligible for a replacement your item must be under warranty, deemed to be defective by Bobcat Support and the miner housing must be unopened. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or the proof of purchase.
Please submit your request using our customer support form. We will notify you of troubleshooting progress and if your unit has been approved for a replacement once troubleshooting has been completed.
