Is the Outlet is Energized?

If your miner’s LED has no light, you should first check to make sure the outlet is energized. This can be done by plugging in your phone or laptop and checking the battery icon on your display to see if it’s charging. If the device is charging, please take these steps to contact support.

Reason for Contact: Technical Support
Type of Issue: Syncing 

NOTE: Please be prepared to submit a video showing the power adapter is properly connected into the device and plugged into an outlet for at least 1 minute.
