Miner Has Not Started 

A red light means your miner hasn’t started. The miner feature is a docker process in your Bobcat hotspot. If your miner’s LED appears red for less than 10 minutes, there is no reason to worry as this could have been caused by a restart following an OTA update. However, if the red light persists for several hours, there is a chance the miner is stuck. 

If the problem persists, use one or more of the following features on the Bobcat Diagnoser to troubleshoot your miner:

1. Restart and wait an hour. If the problem continues.. 
2. Resync and wait an hour. If it’s still not fixed...
3. Reset and wait an hour.

If the problem continues, use the steps below to contact support.
