VAT Charged Twice
If you were charged VAT a second time at customer clearance delivery, Bobcat will issue a refund for this secondary charge. Please submit a ticket to us here. Please provide the email you used to place your order, select Payment as the Reason for Contact, and provide your Order Number and transaction details. A Customer Service agent will respond to assist you with your payment issues.
Please be aware refunds are currently being issued once per month.
