Frequency Checks & Requests

Our production and fulfillment departments perform a final frequency check prior to shipping. If you selected a frequency that is not compatible with the shipping address, our support team will contact you via email to confirm the frequency on the order. A form will be provided for you to complete if you'd like to proceed with this unsupported frequency.

If the form is not completed within 7 days of receiving this email, our fulfillment team will change the frequency, so that it complies with the region where the miner is being shipped.
